NW Pressure Washing Service is a Black-owned
family-operated pressure washing company serving
Richmond, VA and the greater metro area.

NW Pressure Washing Service was founded in 2019 in the
Pacific Northwest, where Oregon’s famously wet climate
gave us years of experience tackling some of the most
aggressive mold, moss, and mildew conditions in the
country. We built our reputation in the Portland metro
area on a simple foundation: show up on time, use the
right equipment, do the job right, and stand behind
our work.

In 2026 we made a decision that changed everything for
our family and our business. We relocated to Virginia.

The decision was not just about business — though
Virginia’s growing communities, thriving commercial
market, and strong demand for professional exterior
cleaning made it an obvious opportunity. It was about
life. We love history, and Virginia has it in abundance.
We love adventure, and the mid-Atlantic region delivers
it in every direction. And we believe that as a small
business, planting roots in a community you genuinely
love is the foundation of doing great work.

We are now based in Mattaponi, VA, in King William
County, serving the greater Richmond metro area
including Henrico County, Chesterfield County, and
surrounding communities. For large commercial projects
we also serve Hampton Roads.

Virginia’s climate brings its own set of exterior
cleaning challenges. Hot, humid summers, one of the
worst pollen seasons in the country, Virginia red clay
staining, and the kind of moisture that turns a clean
house green within a single season. We came prepared.
